Hello, my name is Victoria, I am an EMCC Accredited Coach and Mentor at Senior Practitioner Level and gained my coaching qualifications at the University of Cambridge. Before opening my coaching and consultancy practice, I worked in global leadership roles for organisations such as Amazon and Marriott. I have extensive experience in corporate and not-for-profit sectors, specifically in the areas of digital transformation, fraud & risk, customer experience, marketing, education, program management and strategy. I have lived and worked across four continents, am one of 18% of women to reach the C-Suite and am a Board Advisor and a Trustee.

I work with executives at all levels from
graduates just starting out, to C-Level executives. I work with my clients to help them identify and understand their strengths and values and then use them to their advantage, which enables them to reach professional and personal goals, resulting in a happier and more fulfilled life.
