Over the past 14+ years, I’ve worked across B2B and SaaS environments, led PM teams, scaled platforms, and made my own way through moments of uncertainty from redundancy and stalled growth to sudden team changes. These weren’t just bumps in the road; they were turning points that shaped how I lead and how I mentor.
In the past few years, I’ve supported over 30 mentees at different stages of their journey — from breaking into the field, to becoming first-time leaders, to rediscovering purpose after burnout or stagnation.
What mentorship with me looks like:
- Approach weekly challenges openly without bias from working at their organisation and bring a fresh perspective to their work.
- A hands-on approach tailored to address the professional challenges and aspirations of my mentees.
- Together create action points from our discussions, so we can follow-up on at the next session.
Why Mentorship?
My own career journey was not always smooth sailing. I faced redundancies, feeling stuck in old roles, and team members resigning unexpectedly. I realised I couldn’t take on these challenges alone, and I wanted to have support from outside the organisations I worked at. During those times having a mentor was very valuable for me.
With the help of a mentor, I reflected on the situation I was in, and what I wanted, and how to move forward in my career.

I had a great experience being mentored by Yoav. From the beginning, he shared helpful tools and advice to help me grow as a product manager. My original goal was to learn more about the business side of product work, and Yoav supported me with cost analysis methods and helped me find a good PM course.
