I originally sought mentorship to get a fresh perspective on my career as a product manager and how to manage stakeholders as well as managing upwards. I found his views on my challenges and struggles very constructive, and the approach he took to help me was very practical and action-oriented, which suited my style very well. In every call, I found him to be extremely supportive as he was taking the effort to listen to me without any judgement and providing very constructive views when he wanted to express a different opinion.
