You’ll work with an experienced mentor to define your next step, identify the skills and signals that matter, and create a plan for making progress inside your current company or beyond it. Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

As someone who's worked in all sorts of jobs in these fields, from a junior analyst to a Chief Data Scientist, I can guide you in whatever you need for your career. It doesn't matter if you plan to work in an established company or a start-up. I've got you covered either way!
