Having a good resume on hand when going on the job hunt is crucial, and will make your search a lot easier. Even if you're not looking for a new position right now, having an up-to-date CV that sells your experience to future potential employers is always good to have.

In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

Our resume review session is designed to give you clear, actionable feedback to help you present your skills and experience in the strongest possible way.

During this 1:1 session, we will:

- Review your current resume together, section by section
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missed opportunities in your formatting, structure, and content
- Tailor your resume to better align with your career goals or specific roles you're targeting
- Share tips on industry-specific language, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization, and overall clarity
- Answer any questions you have about resume best practices or job applications

By the end of the session, you'll leave with detailed insights and a clear roadmap for improving your resume, whether you're just getting started, changing careers, or aiming for your next big opportunity.
