About this Session

This session is designed to help you optimize your LinkedIn profile for professional networking and career advancement. In this session, a mentor with expertise in online branding and career development will review your existing LinkedIn profile, provide feedback and guidance, and offer best practices for improving your online presence.

Throughout the session, the mentor will work collaboratively with you to identify areas of strength and weakness in your LinkedIn profile and develop a strategy for improvement. This may include advice on how to use multimedia, such as photos and videos, to enhance the profile, as well as guidance on how to engage with other LinkedIn users through commenting, messaging, and participating in industry groups.

As a senior software engineer I have worked for some of the most important tech companies (including Facebook, Google and Amazon) and worked for 11+ years. During my last interview cycle I was reached out by more than 20 famous companies that accepted my application and wanted to proceed with an interview.

Having the right linkedin profile with the right keywords, the right structure and highlighed experience is essential to get the right attention from recruiters.

Marco was fantastic and professional. The problems he proposed to me were really in line with what I would expect to be asked in a real interview, we did 2 problems and he evaluated me correctly in the first phase of the session. In the second part Marco shared with me his notes each associated with the time to which they relate. He highlighted both the correct choices I made and all my mistakes and insights on which we discussed. Having shared his notes allowed me to reflect on my performance even after the session was over and i'll read them again in the future. I would strongly recommend anyone to do an Interview Preparation with Marco before facing an important interview and I will treasure his advice for the tests ahead.
