I believe we all can contribute to creating a positive impact in the world.

Being in UX, my purpose is to understand deeply the users so the products and interfaces we create solve real problems and make people's lives better. How do we align user-centered experiences with business needs and conversion goals? We listen to real users. With the right research plan (with the right research goal, and the right combination of research methods) we're able to tap into the customers' journey, their pain points, frustrations, needs and wants.

As an experienced UX and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) consultant, my aim is to help businesses grow ethically while delivering genuine value to their users.

During my UX journey, I've lived and worked in different countries and I had the chance to collaborate with agencies and companies of all sizes, from start-ups to giant techs such as Google.

I have a strong interest in social impact and working with social enterprises, and I love teaching both teams and individuals how to create better user-centered experiences that convert.

I currently work as an independent UX consultant with clients and students worldwide.
