Hi there!
I’m Ciara. I have almost a decade of experience leading intrapreneurial ventures and national teams in the Edtech space.

A little more about me and my work:
I have been actively recruiting in some form for almost a decade for organizations ranging from start-ups to Deloitte. I’ve interviewed and reviewed resumes of a few thousand individuals at least. I’ve also coached about the same number on their first career, career changes and transitioning into the tech industry or Big4 specifically.
My role is a Senior Education Partnerships Manager with Unity.
Unity started as a game engine but has so many applications beyond that not from industrial to media uses. They focus on RT3D (real-time 3D), or if you’re less familiar with tech, VR/AR are probably words you know. I create strategies for their university partnerships globally.
I also have my own personal coaching practice working with individuals to get where they want to go in their careers or personal life.
