Opening your mind to feedback that challenges your current beliefs is critical to improve and achieve your goals. If you are not open to feedback , you should not seek mentorship.

I reached out to David after a complicated first month at my new project management role in fintech. David was very quick to take me on as a mentee and the session with him was genuinely very helpful with understanding project management approaches and a list of best practices in startup environments.
