I started working with David while I was looking for a new EPM role and working through some self-doubt about whether my previous role had really prepared me for a senior-level position. Our sessions covered all aspects of getting hired: resume revisions, practice interview questions, practical interviewing advice, and mock interviews. Beyond the tactical work, it was genuinely valuable to have someone outside my workplace to talk to about the whole experience. What stood out about David was how prepared he was. He consistently brought existing frameworks to our sessions that gave us a structured way to work through whatever I was tackling. It never felt ad hoc. The impact has been real: I landed a new and better role inside my current company, and just as importantly, I built real confidence in myself. David has continued to support me as I navigate the challenges of the new role. I'd recommend him to any EPM looking for a mentor who shows up prepared and helps you do the same.
