From my first foray into the world of computers at the age of 12, to navigating the primitive landscapes of green-screen monitors and clunky processors, my passion for technology was ignited early on. Despite the humble beginnings, I pursued my dream with determination, diving into courses and gaining hands-on experience in hardware and coding.
My early career saw me honing my skills in various tech roles, from technician to developer, in small companies and consultancy firms. The decision to move to the UK marked a pivotal moment, exposing me to new challenges and opportunities in the vibrant tech scene of Bristol.
Life in the UK presented its own set of challenges, from overcoming language barriers to adapting to a new work culture. But with perseverance and determination, I thrived, gaining invaluable experience in law firms and e-commerce.
Returning to Barcelona, I embraced the role of Software Engineering Manager, where every decision I made had a direct impact on the team's success. Inspired by my experiences, I delved into the world of coaching, immersing myself in personal development and training courses.
Today, I wear multiple hats as an Engineering Manager, guiding teams with a coaching mindset and offering free coaching sessions to the community. With a vision and focus honed since childhood, I'm excited to embark on this new coaching journey, armed with the knowledge and experience to make a difference.
