I am a Senior Consultant based in Stoke-on-Trent with over 10 years of Web Development experience from small startups to large corporate companies and more.
I have taught junior and mid-level developers at my previous companies new skills and ways of working to help their personal growth. In addition, I also speak across the UK to share my knowledge of skills and practices.
My passion for Web Development is in Front-end where I have used Unit and Component testing to significant effect with and without a Test Driven Development model. As well as testing I follow clean code and fast interactions that enable me to deliver high-quality code and I cannot wait to teach the way I work to you.
Lastly, I have had several senior positions at a variety of companies with a 100% success rate. I would like to translate those experiences and preparation to help others progress to the next point in their career.

I'm a self-taught developer working in a startup company, I didn't have the opportunity to work with experienced developers. I wanted to find a good mentor online so to MentorCruise, I'm fortunate to be matched with Elliot. I've now spent more than two months with Elliot, He's great as a person and also has lots of knowledge in full-stack development, in which I lacked enough experience. I've been introduced to many industry-standard concepts and toolings for full-stack development. I'm also learning project and team management, and the collaboration side of the development teams from Elliot, he has worked with many teams. Leading development at a small startup presented unique challenges, as I encountered areas outside my previous experience. Thankfully, Elliot's mentorship over the past two months has been invaluable. Elliot has also spent hours helping me set up JIRA, MonoRepo, do architectural designs, agile methodologies and much more. I'm planning to spend a couple more months with Elliot and with this learning rate, I will be able to lead the development team in much better ways. I am incredibly grateful for Elliot's mentorship. Elliot is a great mentor with a lot of experience to share. Aside from his deep technical knowledge, Elliot is always kind. I hesitate to share that's what appreciate most about him, but you can rest assured that you're in very caring, capable hands with Elliot as your mentor.
