Emad Sharif

Hello! I’m Emad and I have a passion for two things, helping others and building compelling products. I have a broad range of experience in both the products I have built and the functions I have served. With nearly a decade in product management, I’ve worked as a PM all the way to VP of Product at a large tech unicorn. Prior to that, I worked as a software engineer and architect at massive corporations and also successfully co-founded, launched, and sold a startup as its Chief Technology Officer. Throughout my career I have managed product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and data scientists. I have spoken at conferences on Elastic Search and running world-class logistics platforms. I have transformed teams trapped in trial-and-error or top-down processes to utilize product-led, data-driven methodologies, resulting in high-performing and collaborative organizations. I have transitioned entirely manual toolsets to algorithmically automated systems, with some operating autonomously leveraging Large Language Models.
