Imtiaz Patel

Imtiaz is a growth and business turnaround executive with a strong track record in the media and retail industries. He is a former start-up CEO who rapidly scaled the business and has held various roles in industry as a Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.

Imtiaz spent a number of years as a management consultant with a focus on growth strategy, digital expansion, organization design and cost reduction. After 10+ years as a consultant, he joined an organization to lead strategy, culminating in a CEO role for a well-funded start-up in media.

Throughout his career, Imtiaz has helped organizations deal with seemingly difficult challenges to deliver stronger performance and growth.

Imtiaz has experience in multiple industries, including Retail, Media, Publishing, Information Services in both B2C and B2B with a strong international bias having worked in multiple countries. His work experience includes responsibilities for businesses in Europe and Asia.

I have always had an interest in mentoring and growing my team members, helping them think through how to approach a problem, how to influence outcomes, how they should actively manage their careers, network and grow in their roles and career over time. I was fortunate enough to have great mentors, and I want to pay it forward.
