Hands-on support
I began my career in visual and communication design, which means I don’t just think about usability — I understand hierarchy, clarity, and systems at a foundational level. Over time, that foundation expanded into product design, research, and large-scale platform work.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction (UX Research & Design), which formalized and deepened my practice in research, systems thinking, and human-centered problem solving.
For the past decade, I’ve worked closely with product and engineering teams on complex software systems — helping untangle fragmented platforms, build scalable design systems, and bring structure to ambiguous product environments.
Across my career, I’ve:
• Led design across enterprise platforms
• Built and scaled design systems and governance models
• Mentored teams of 30+ designers
• Helped designers grow into senior and lead roles
• Translated messy backend realities into clear, usable systems
Most designers don’t struggle with talent. They struggle with clarity.
Clarity around:
• What senior-level thinking actually looks like
• How to communicate impact beyond screens
• How to navigate ambiguity inside real product teams
• How to position their work strategically
In our sessions, we’ll focus on helping you grow not just as a designer — but as a systems thinker.
That may include:
• Career progression planning
• Portfolio refinement
• Strengthening strategic communication
• Developing systems-level awareness
• Navigating promotions and organizational complexity
My mentorship style is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world product experience. I won’t give generic advice — we’ll identify what’s actually limiting your growth and create a focused path forward.
If you’re ready to move from execution to strategic impact, I’d be glad to work with you.
Mentees who work with a mentor for 3+ months reach their goals 2x faster than those going it alone. Long-term mentorship means fewer false starts, more focused sessions, and support that builds week after week.
