Paul is an excellent mentor who brings levelheadedness and years of experience to his relationships with mentees. When I started working with Paul, I was in the middle of a job search. In the first two meetings, we put together a job search strategy, sharpened up my resume together, and began preparing for behavioral and technical interviews. As we worked together, I started getting past more initial screeners for jobs and felt more confident in my interview performance. Paul is also a great thought-partner for projects and always presses for the "why" in design or business decisions. In addition, he is extremely empathetic and can understand a professional situation from multiple people's perspectives.
