Pranay is an awesome mentor! I was out of job search game for many years and when I found myself in such a situation, I realized that I needed some coaching with my intervieweing skills because I was getting many rejections from interivews. I had an initial conversation with him and explained to him what I wanted help with. He agreed to help me and took a mock interview sessions. Within the first few sessions, he was able to identify my strengths and weaknesses. In the areas where I needed to improve, he gave me a clear direction and some templates to follow. He does not sugarcoat, and will be honest and direct in the feeback, which is exactly what I wanted. As I was progressing thru my real interivews, I could clearly see that I was performing better, advancing to later stages and eventually got offers. He will prepare you for every possible situation you could be facing in a real interview. Most important, he will tell you what the interviewer wants to hear from candidates, and that makes a lot of difference. Cannot thanki him enough for being a great mentor to me. I highly recommend Pranay if you are looking for any kind of help with your interviews.
