As a hiring manager with 9-yr experience, I have solid analytical experience across industries - from advertising consulting, online gaming to eCommerce (luxury brands/ furniture). I'm recently at a fintech and want to implement the latest digital / product/ data science technology to the insurance industry. I'm well versed in marketing/ strategy/ product analytics and familiar with all trending BI tools/ AB testing platforms. Furthermore, I'm a statistics geek and used to build marketing mix modelling, personalization algo, time-series budgeting module and users cluster model for various companies. I lead the rapid experimentation program at several companies and brought $52M incremental annual revenue for DTC business through rigorous deep-dives/ ab testing.
