About this Session

If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.

This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

This will be an informal conversation to introduce myself and how it works, to make sure my mentorship is the right for you. My focus is to create a safe space for you to share your journey and experience with me, so I can get to know a bit about you and what you’d like to achieve.

We’ll dig deeper into areas you’d like to grow in and how I can support you throughout to build on your career goals. I’m also happy to share a few stories on my personal career growth to inspire you with ideas!

I had no idea what to expect, but after the first one-on-one session with Michelle, I knew she was the right mentor for me. She's a true professional with a keen ear. She is a warm, encouraging, and patient teacher. I only wish we had more time together on the mentorship programme. However, I would recommend her to anyone who is getting started with product development because she will definitely help you find structure and give you good advice for any roadblocks in your path.
