Whether you’re a new manager or looking to develop leadership techniques, understanding yourself can greatly impact the success of your team, the organisation and on a personal level. You can leverage my expertise as a design leader ― I can provide support across many areas; from building teams effectively, finding your managerial style, mastering political influence, hiring, giving and receiving 360 feedback, and handling difficult situations to help you become an effective leader.

You will receive 1-1 personalised support ― we’ll dig deeper into areas you’re looking to grow in and work together to support your goals. By the end of the call, we will outline actionable next steps so you know exactly what to do and why. I’m also happy to share a few stories on my personal career to inspire you!

I had no idea what to expect, but after the first one-on-one session with Michelle, I knew she was the right mentor for me. She's a true professional with a keen ear. She is a warm, encouraging, and patient teacher. I only wish we had more time together on the mentorship programme. However, I would recommend her to anyone who is getting started with product development because she will definitely help you find structure and give you good advice for any roadblocks in your path.
