What's included in the trial?
Every trial is a little different—here’s what Akash says about their trial:
We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I’ve been in tech for 15+ years, across product, data, and leadership roles at places like Chartmetric, WeWork, Wayfair, Netflix, and Facebook. Along the way, I’ve switched careers, moved countries, done an MBA, built teams from scratch, and navigated plenty of moments where I felt stuck, uncertain, or off-track.
Here’s who I work best with:
1. Mid-career folks who feel stuck or underused. My goal is to help you get unstuck, by figuring out where the real problem is and what to do next.
2. People switching into product from another field. I’ve made that transition myself (from analytics + consulting) and helped others do the same.
3. ICs (doers) becoming managers. The leap is real. Let's talk on how you build trust, delegate well, and lead without losing your edge.
4. People trying to drive change in slow orgs. I’ve pushed new ideas through at legacy companies and startups—and learned how to bring people with me instead of burning out.
5. Thsoe who are trying to decide if they need an MBA to grow in Tech. I did one (Kellogg), but I’ve also worked with amazing PMs who didn’t. I’ll help you figure out what matters for you.
6. Those are who trying to decide between a career at a big company vs startup life. I’ve worked in both. I can help you figure out where you’ll thrive—and how to adapt if you're switching contexts.
