I’m Andi, a hands-on technologist, founder, and fractional CTO who helps startups and solo founders turn rough ideas into real, working software products. I’ve spent 15+ years building, shipping, and scaling digital products across SaaS, AI, health tech, and platform businesses.... often under tight budgets, unclear requirements, and real-world pressure.
I work best with people who are bootstrapping, pre-seed, or early-seed and need pragmatic guidance instead of theory. That means making the right technical decisions early, avoiding overengineering, and building only what actually moves the product forward. I’ve been on both sides: writing code, designing architectures, talking to customers, fixing production issues, and explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
My background combines computer science, applied AI, and ongoing Ph.D. research in medical science, but my mentoring style is practical, direct, and execution-focused. I help founders with:
- Choosing a sane tech stack and architecture that won’t collapse in 12 months
- Translating ideas into MVPs that can be shipped and iterated
- Navigating AI hype vs. what is actually feasible and valuable
