I’m Andi, founder, hands-on technologist, and fractional CTO. For more than 15 years I’ve been building and shipping software products across AI, SaaS platforms, digital health, and marketplaces. I work closely with bootstrapping and early-stage founders who need practical guidance to turn ideas into real products.
My mentoring is very execution-focused. We don’t spend sessions discussing theory. We solve the problems that are currently blocking your product.
