I'm Tiziana - Business Operations Director at Perk, a fast-growing travel tech company, and an ICF-certified Business & Leadership Coach. Over the past 7+ years in hypergrowth startups, I've earned 4 promotions in 4 years and led high-impact strategic projects across functions and leadership levels. More importantly, I've spent years studying what actually separates high performers who plateau from those who break through into true strategic leadership.
The gap is almost never skill. It's how you manage up, how you communicate your value, how you navigate complexity without losing yourself - and how you integrate your professional ambitions with the human being you also are.
That last part matters to me. I bring a holistic lens to everything I do: I'm a certified coach, a yogi, and someone who believes that sustainable high performance only happens when the whole person is aligned. We don't leave that at the door.
