I’m a research scientist with a deep-seated passion for making sense of data and a flair for solving complex puzzles in AI 💛.
With over 8 years in the field, I’ve tackled challenges in cybersecurity, biology, healthcare, and even manufacturing, transforming data into actionable solutions 😺.
My journey has been fueled by curiosity and learning—earning a Ph.D. in ML along the way, not to mention a diploma in those cool-sounding areas like Dynamic Systems, and Image and Signal Processing.
I’ve got a knack for guiding projects from the spark of an idea to the final, polished product. Whether it’s teaching a computer how to spot the odd one out in a sea of data, or making predictions about the future, I’m your go-to for all things related to data crunching and model building. And it’s not just numbers and figures—I love making tech work with signals, pictures, and even words.
Back in 2019, my passion for innovation got me recognized as one of the top young inventors in the Middle East and Africa by the Qatar Foundation, all thanks to a security system I developed that’s smart enough to know you just by how you use your touchscreen.

It’s only been a few weeks and I already know I want Azzam as my long-term mentor because of his clear guidance and energy! Upon recently figuring out that I wanted to make the switch from full stack to ML/AI roles, Azzam surprised me with his knowledge and energy. I didn’t realise how much talking to someone so energetic could have such a positive impact on my mindset.
