About

Isn't it tragic that the creative energy of most indie hackers flows into products that never see the delighted faces of their intended users?

As a software engineer and intrapreneur, I've been helping SaaS companies ship their products for 9+ years. I'm now on a mission to help 100 developreneurs and indie hackers ship their SaaS marketing first on a BusinessOS that facilitates technicalities like software architecture and user/subscription management so they can focus on the core of their app.

=> The MFBOS SaaS Program
As part of the 3-month "Marketing-First BusinessOS SaaS" program, you will create a Ruby on Rails SaaS product used by real users for your portfolio or business opportunity. It will run on tools and APIs that enable you to set up marketing funnels from the start, talk to customers and connect them with your app.

The program includes:

✅ ~60+ minutes weekly calls. (usually $800+/mo).
✅ Unlimited questions in chat ("on-chat retainer", usually $200/mo).
✅ (optionally) ClickFunnels Startup subscription ($97/mo).
✅ Slack Premium community membership with your dedicated private channel ($10/mo).
✅ KanbanFlow Premium for project management & time tracking ($5/mo).
✅ Your SaaS built with your first users using or testing it (invaluable).

The raw value here is $3336+. However, depending on where you are and the effort you will put into this training and building, you can 1.5x-4x your developer salary with the right project and positioning. You may also start to make an income from your newly built business system.

To join the program, please send me an application or inquiry answering these questions:

1. What is your Why for building this SaaS?
2. What is your background and experience building software products?
3. At what stage are you in your SaaS app development or ideation?
4. What parts of the app do you expect to have built by the end of the program?
5. What is your weekly time commitment?

(audio, video, text, or mixed applications are welcome)

Standard Plan ·
6 months

Rich accompanied me from knowing absolutely nothing about Ruby on Rails to releasing my first production app in less than 6 months. He's been a fantastic mentor and he's also just a great person to know and talk to.

Rich is an amazing mentor and a great person. His mentorship has been an absolute key component for me on my way towards writing better code and towards a much deeper understanding of Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
