I sought mentorship at a time when I was navigating a difficult job market, visa constraints and trying to position my profile correctly for engineering and fintech roles in the UK. I was looking for honest feedback, structure and guidance from someone who had already gone through similar transitions. Davide was supportive and responsive, especially in the early stages. Our collaboration mainly focused on refining my CV, clarifying my positioning and discussing realistic strategies given sponsorship constraints.
