Howdy! I came with some fuzziness in my thoughts with hope to put some clearance speaking to a highly qualified person that had a similar experience as me in my role. James knows how to find the right questions to ask which helps to determine a problem and solve it pretty fast. Also he has a solid experience in infrastructure, security and management stuff which becomes handy for executive or chief technical roles, which is also my case. I'm glad I chose James as a mentor, highly recommended!

I came to James after starting a new job at a company, as a Senior Software Engineer role. The team I came onto was fairly new but the company was around for 20 years and I wanted guidance how to manage the complex web of relationships to help myself and this new team succeed. Throughout the months we worked together, he gave me actionable advice on how to work with my managers, teammates, and members of other teams to move projects forward - which is rare for me. I have worked with very few people that have seen the type of situations I've been as often as he has. Virtually every situation I was in, he had seen some flavor of it before and was able to share his experience and opinion. James is a great mentor and I highly recommend him to senior engineers to deliver successful products that require complex collaboration.
