Lily is one of the best mentors I've worked with here. She is a great listener and she has a wealth of experience which she can share. What I appreciated the most is that she has always come prepared to our sessions. Every time before our sessions, I would try to share an agenda with topics to discuss and Lily would have prepared some topics and questions to guide the session. I would definitely work with Lily again.
