About

Hi there,

Are you looking for some guidance as you navigate your data science career?

Maybe you’re trying to break into data science, prepare for interviews, figure out what skills to focus on next, or simply understand what it takes to grow in your current role. It can be hard to know if you’re on the right path, especially when everyone’s career journey looks a little different.

I remember feeling the same way when I was starting out over 10 years ago. I often wondered:

* Am I focusing on the right things?
* What do I need to do to get promoted?
* How do I know if I’m making progress?
* Is everyone else figuring this out faster than I am?

I was fortunate to have mentors who helped guide me along the way, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. At the same time, I often wished I had someone who had followed a similar data science path and could give practical advice based on real experience.

Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of data roles, grown into leadership positions, and helped mentor aspiring and early-career data scientists. Looking back, there are definitely things I wish I had known sooner, and I’d love to help you navigate some of those challenges.

Every mentee is different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you need help with your resume, interview preparation, career planning, workplace challenges, or building confidence in your skills, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your goals.

To supplement our sessions, I’ve also built a few AI-powered tools that my mentees can use for things like interview practice and resume feedback. They’re designed to help you continue learning between meetings and get more value from our time together.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to be the mentor I wish I had when I was starting my own data science career.

If that sounds helpful, feel free to send me a message and tell me a little about your situation. I’d be happy to chat and see if I’m the right person to help.

Talk to you soon!

~ Jen
