Working with Amine has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my career. He has an ear for everything: he listens to what I say, and also to what sits underneath it, the doubts, the half-formed ideas, the questions I haven’t yet found words for. What sets him apart is how structurally he thinks. Where I see a tangle of problems, he sees a framework, and he navigates complex thoughts with a calm clarity that makes them manageable. He doesn’t hand over quick answers. He teaches you how to think about a problem, which is exactly what I needed while moving from e-commerce analytics into the private sector. Since we started, I approach my work more deliberately, I’m more confident in my direction, and I have a clearer picture of the long game I want to build in data analytics. If you want a mentor who combines real listening with real structure, I can’t recommend Amine enough.
