It has been an absolute pleasure working with Amine, he is an excellent mentor who exceeded my expectations. I initially joined the mentorship to get help me technically prepare for a Microsoft Azure certification. Before and during our first meeting Amine took the time to understand my situation, my experience, and the direction I wanted to move in From there, he helped me define short-term and medium-term goals and create a weekly plan, exceeding the technical help including upskilling, career growth, and even personal development. Another bigger area where Amine is helping me with, besides technical advise, is personal and psychological, guiding me to better understand my own achievements and how to communicate them, and also to improve how I present my experience with a clearer career story and with confidence. We are working on my resume and later on my Linkedin profile, he provided valuable support to understand the current job market and apply his advise to help me get more interviews. I truly enjoyed working with him and would definitely continue learning from him in the future.
